Current Job Openings

Currently, our roster of exterior professionals is full, and we are not actively hiring. However, as a growing local business serving Brampton, Mississauga, and the surrounding GTA, we are always looking to connect with reliable, skilled tradespeople. We keep all submitted resumes on file and reach out to qualified candidates as soon as new positions open up for our busy spring and fall seasons.

Who We Look For

When our team expands, we typically look for dedicated individuals to fill the following roles:

• Lead Eavestrough Installers: Experienced in fabricating and installing custom 5″ K-style seamless gutters, mitering corners, and ensuring precise pitches.
• Exterior Maintenance Technicians: Detail-oriented workers to execute our signature CSR (Cleaning, Sealing, and Reinforcement) services, downspout repairs, and leaf guard installations.
• General Laborers / Helpers: Hardworking individuals comfortable with heights, ladder safety, and assisting lead installers on residential job sites.

The Sidhu Standard: We expect all future team members to be punctual, respectful of clients’ properties, and dedicated to maintaining a safe workspace. Experience working on multi-story residential roofs and operating 28′ to 40′ extension ladders with stabilizers is highly valued.
